Challenge
To work with main contractor, security consultants and client to design and install an integrated access control systems and IP CCTV system for the client's new head office in line with the fit-out schedule. Also to integrate to the existing basebuild turnstiles to provide a single card solution which could be fully controlled by the client's own team.
Solution
As an existing long term user of the C.Cure 800 system, the latest Cure 9000 access control system from Software House and the HDVR IP based digital recorder from American Dynamics was chosen for the new head office building. The client’s existing cardholder database was imported into the new system’s database saving the client’s team considerable time entering the cardholder information from scratch.
IP cameras from Axis connected to the client’s corporate network via POE switches provide extremely high quality images. These images can also be displayed on the C.Cure 9000 monitoring screens on door alarm conditions providing the end user with a fully integrated and dynamic view of door activities and camera video streams from one front end.
End Result
The project was fully commissioned and handed over on time and on budget allowing the client a hassle free transition into their new building.
